Your Initial Consultation runs for 60 to 90 minutes and covers your skin history, cycle, digestion and lifestyle. Within 5 to 7 business days you receive a personalised plan with nutrition, lifestyle and herbal or supplement recommendations, and we adjust it as your skin changes.
