CASSIDY ~ MY STORY
BEFORE I WAS A NATUROPATH, I WAS A WOMAN LEARNING HOW TO UNDERSTAND HER OWN BODY.
At 19, I was told to prepare for a hysterectomy before the age of 25 due to severe Stage 4 endometriosis.
I have lived with endo.
PMDD.
MCAS.
Lipedema.
I have experienced hormonal dysregulation, inflammatory flares, mast cell activation, nervous system overload and burnout. I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from your own body.
I have also moved through body image struggles and the quiet grief of not loving the body I was born into.
There were years when my symptoms felt overwhelming and took moments of my life that I cannot get back.
But alongside the frustration came curiosity.
Instead of accepting that "this is just the way it is," I began learning how my body actually worked. Through trial, study and lived experience, I rebuilt my health step by step.
Today, I am in remission.
That journey shaped the way I practice.
I approach women's health with depth, patience and respect for the body's intelligence. I understand that symptoms are not random. They are signals.
I have walked the long road so the women who come after me do not have to.
My work is about shortening that path. Offering clarity, direction and grounded care so you can move forward with confidence.
