Embrace Co Practitioner Hub: Terms and Conditions of Use

The Embrace Co Practitioner Hub is an online educational resource, delivered through Notion, written by Cassidy Rendell, naturopath and founder of Embrace Co (ABN 30 933 289 914). It covers women's health protocols, blood chemistry, gut and vaginal microbiome interpretation, and supplement and herb prescribing. It is provided for education and professional development only.

The hub is for qualified health practitioners, such as naturopaths, nutritionists and herbalists, and for students in their final year of study. By joining, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the details you give us are true. Each membership is for one individual practitioner.

All content in the hub, including every protocol, blood chemistry page, microbiome page, supplement and herb monograph, framework, table, diagram, recording, handout and the way the hub is organised, is the original work and intellectual property of Cassidy Rendell and Embrace Co. It is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright law. While your subscription is active, you have a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the hub and use its content for your own education and professional development. The licence ends when your subscription ends.

• Read and refer to the hub for your own learning and professional development.
• Quote a short passage with credit, for example "Source: Embrace Co Practitioner Hub, Cassidy Rendell".
• Refer to Cassidy's frameworks by name, with credit.

• Copy, duplicate, export, download, print in bulk or screenshot in bulk any part of the hub, including duplicating pages into your own Notion workspace or using them as a template.
• Share your login, access link or any page with anyone else, including colleagues, students or clinic staff.
• Resell, sublicense, rent or give away access to the hub or any of its content.
• Republish or distribute any content, in whole or in part, on a website, social media, course, membership, community, ebook, template, app or any paid or free resource.
• Create or sell a hub, course, membership, template or protocol library, training or resource that copies, adapts or is substantially based on this hub or its structure.
• Teach or present the content or Cassidy's frameworks as your own, or remove any copyright notice or credit.
• Upload hub content to AI tools or chatbots, or use it to train or build any AI product.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or copy the hub.

The hub is provided for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any individual, and it does not replace your own training, assessment and professional judgement.

You are solely responsible, and solely liable, for how you use any information from the hub. This includes every assessment, recommendation, prescription, dose, product choice and treatment decision you make for any client, and any outcome that follows. Embrace Co and Cassidy Rendell do not prescribe for your clients, do not review your clinical decisions, and accept no responsibility or liability for them.

Before acting on anything you read in the hub, you must make your own independent assessment of each client and check doses, interactions, contraindications, regulatory status and product availability. You must work within your own scope of practice, qualifications and professional standards, keep your own records, and hold current professional indemnity insurance. Content reflects the evidence and regulations at the time of writing and may change.

• The subscription is $49 AUD plus GST per month ($53.90 AUD including GST), billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. There is no minimum term.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, then ends.
• Payments are not refunded for part months, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days notice by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.

The hub is a living resource. Content is added, updated, revised or retired as the evidence, clinical experience and time allow, and education webinars and recordings may be added. These are included while your subscription is active. We do not promise a set number of updates or recordings in any month, or that the hub will always be available without interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, Embrace Co and Cassidy Rendell are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the hub or from clinical decisions you make, including indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Embrace Co and Cassidy Rendell against any claim, loss, cost or liability, including legal costs, arising from your use of the hub, your clinical or prescribing decisions, or your breach of these terms.

We collect your name, email address and membership details to run your membership, and payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not sell your information. Please do not enter any client's personal or health information into the hub.

If these terms are breached, for example by sharing access, copying or reselling content, we may suspend or end your access immediately without a refund. We may also take further action to protect our intellectual property, including seeking removal of copied material and any other remedy available at law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, and we will email you about any significant change. Continuing to use the hub after an update means you accept the updated terms.
