Online Consultations & Time Zone:

Embrace Co operates fully online. All appointments are delivered remotely and run on Melbourne, Australia time (AEST/AEDT). Please ensure you book in the correct time zone.

Consultation Format:

Appointments booked after 4:00pm Melbourne time are phone consultations only, excluding initial consultations, which remain video-based unless otherwise agreed.

Requests for phone or video format must be emailed prior to your appointment and cannot be guaranteed on the day.

Correct Appointment Type:

It is your responsibility to book the correct appointment type. If the incorrect appointment is booked, Embrace Co may change the appointment type, adjust the format or length, reschedule the appointment, or invoice for additional time required.

Payment:

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. If no payment date is specified, payment is required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is permitted per booking and must occur within 6 weeks of the original appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee. Failure to attend will incur 100% of the fee.

Non-Refundable:

All consultation fees are non-refundable.

Preparation:

Intake forms and any pathology must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Late submissions may require rescheduling.

Communication:

Email is the only accepted form of communication outside consultations: hello@embraceco.com.au

. Clinical discussions occur within booked appointments only.

Scope of Care:

Cassidy Rendell is a qualified Naturopath, not a medical doctor, and works strictly within her professional scope.
