Embrace Co was born from a desire to provide a space that was nourishing for mind body and soul.  A place where you are nurtured to enable you to become the very best YOU!

I am Cassidy Rendell and I am a qualified and registered clinical herbalist, energy worker and the founder of Embrace Co.

My work combines the intuitive with the scientific to achieve healing at a deep core level. 

I hold a stong passion for women’s health and wellness with a particular interest in the menstrual cycle and stress management. I love helping my clients find clarity over what the root cause of their symptoms are, and empowering them to take back control over their health, by creating sustainable treatment plans that are deeply personalised and holistic. I find so much joy in supporting my clients in restoring their energy, vitality and hormonal balance.

I am passionate about making a safe and nurturing space where my clients can share their struggles and desires around their health concerns.  My approach to treatment combines herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, lifestyle counselling, menstrual cycle awareness, laboratory testing and scientific research.

Qualifications include

Bachelor of Health Science (complementary medicine), Advanced Diploma Herbal Medicine, Diploma of Remedial Massage, NET (Neuro Emotional Technique), NLP and Reiki practrioner. Currently undergoing her final years of clinical Naturopathic Medicine through Endeavour College Australia.
